Buffalo, NY looking to relocate to Minneapolis

Digital Strategist currently in Buffalo, NY but want to relocate to the Minnesota area. My professional career has given me a lot of opportunities to touch on different parts of marketing, from running mid-large scale events, developing our email marketing pipeline, brand development, social media and content creation, product marketing, and brand/digital strategy. I lean towards companies and leadership teams that are a little out there. I really value innovation and openness to new ideas or at least open enough to entertain new ideas. I don't want to work at a company that follows a traditional or linear path in how they're pivoting.
